¡Buenas! My name is Jessica Hernandez Restrepo. I am a trauma informed mindfulness coach and somatic therapist. Using traditional healing ways, I help others reconnect to their mind/body/soul centers and facilitate spiritual energy healing. 

My family lineage is a mix of various cultures - Andean Mesoamerican, West African and Western European. My practice is a result of weaving these teachings together – Indigenous relations with the land, Afro Caribbean spirituality and ancestor veneration, and Western European Catholic teachings.
